1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by mbclicksoft, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our digital services including web development, SEO, and marketing.

2. Services and Deliverables

We agree to provide the digital services as described in your chosen package or custom quote. We will make every effort to deliver the project within the estimated timeline; however, project timelines are estimates and may be extended due to revisions, delayed feedback, or unforeseen technical challenges.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Terms: A standard upfront deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before the final website or digital asset is transferred to your live server.
• Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund (minus processing fees) will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will own the rights to the final completed design and website. However, mbclicksoft retains the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies. We also retain ownership of any proprietary code libraries or tools used to build the project.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary text, images, and other content required for the project in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will result in proportional delays to the project timeline. You guarantee that any elements of text, graphics, photos, or other artwork provided are either owned by you or you have permission to use them.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mbclicksoft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services or website.

7. Revisions and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
